DSTV debiting my account multiple time when I have made payment...

I paid my account 6 days ago and DSTV keeps on trying to debit my account because your agents are not looking at the information properly. My account has 4 debit attempts in 3 days that cost me R120. I will ask that you add the R120 as credit to my account.
