DSTV Debited my account after i cancelled and wont refund me!!!!

Pathetic, I cancelled my subscription two months ago and they didn't debit my account for one month and then end July debited it with R1360. When I phoned them they escalated my query and I got a reply that there is no refund on the account. SERIOUSLY??? I cancelled and you debited my account!! how *********** are these people??? how do you pay for something you cancelled??? Useless
