DSTV Debit Order

My debit order has been messed up by DSTV accounts dept and I contacted DSTV on Monday by Wechat after nearly an hour I was told that there was a problem with the debit order system and was reconnected. Today it is disconnected again and the Wechat person insists its my bank which is not the case, I asked the Wechat person to please get someone to contact me to sort this out and was told there is no phone number for accounts, and it cant be done !!!! I am so annoyed by the lack of customer service from DSTV !! Pity they have the monopoly in S.A.
