Please wait while this decoder tries to determine which Satellite Footprints it resides....."

My Dstv decoder keeps giving me this message also had it at the local multi choice shop in town but they could not fix it. I canceld my subscription because of this. Paid 2 months and vould not watch any TV. Reconnected today and it still gives the same message. Even when you phone dstv the teller also do not know what this message means it does not have an error code nr so they can't help you..... this is bad fot so much money!!
