DSTV daylight ******s

I don’t have a contract with DSTV I’ve always paid as I use. All of the sudden I am being told I owe 2 months worth of Subscriptions when the service was not even active how????? Since when must I request for my service to be cancelled when I had no contract to begin with. This is daylight *******. I am not paying for a service that was disconnected!
