What a pathetic service and bad experience with DSTV. Every month I must pay a reconnection fee for a subscription that I do not disconnect.I have a debit order set up with them on the 20th of each month but they choose not to debit my account so that they will make extra cash from me through reconnection fee. I have my own reasons why I am not on a higher package but now I am finding myself paying more than I have anticipated every month.In essence I feel that this purely a daylight *****.
