I called in yesterday to activate my account on tel:***, the first peson I spoke to Atinkosi made me hold on the line for more than 20 min after requesting to speak to her manager. I called in again and spoke to Tabane Msani, who provided me with the following reference nr. 3***/I128 his manager is Voned Maharaj who apparently does not have an email address. I requested this information infear that he also may drop the line as his colleague Atinkosi.
My complaint is inrelation to my email I had sent on the 11 February 2021. Whereby I requested that my subscription be closed since my TV was broken. After I made a payment of R379 on the 26 January for February month. I received a response from Sibongile see email below ***. This is Sibongile's email " ENQUIRY REFERENCE NUMBER : ***3

My request is that the money that was not used for February month must be used for this month August if not I request a full refund. I was told that I would receive a response today even, the manager did not bother responding to my request.
Multichoice's call centre is very unprofessional and requires serious training, since the calls are recorded I hope they listen to it.
Yesterday I received multiple calls from this number tel:***, although the lady was going back and forth in the end we came to an arrangement regarding my dispute.
However she had made various promises to call and confirm via email today.
The business day has ended no call no email.
I would like to understand why would you send me a survey when nothing has been done.
But I received a survey to complete ref: ***.
This is the thing I was complaining about, Multichoice does not work as a unit from the call centre, email operators to their complaint's department.
In the end nobody is held accountable. This is disappointing.
