I signed up for the internet package premium for R999 but last month I was charged R1144 and I checked this month they are going to charge me that amount. We budget and being **** to doesn’t help. I’d rather not have the internet if this is what is going to happen. The guy who said he will investigate said it would be within 48 it has now been a week. They must just take their internet they **** about and put me back on the 899 price lock. Because this is daylight roberry. You can’t advertise some for 999 confirm with client 999 and then charge an extra 140 no
