Having repeated myself innumerable times and explained the issue to several consultants; WhatsApp bots; WhatsApp humans and countless emails I am no closer to resolving why DSTV Multichoice felt the need to arbitrarily start charging me for a third premium subscription since August last year. This has ongoing and there is still no resolution. The final cherry on the top and what has send me over the edge is that they insist on sending me emails telling me that they have made numerous calls to try and contact me but that I am not answering. What actually occurs is that the call is disconnected as soon as it is answered.

31 Mar 2022, 14:15Good day. You can call me anytime. I have checked my call log and have no record of any phone calls from your number today. I did receive a call yesterday but it was cancelled as soon as I picked up the phone.
