Dstv ****************

Hi Hellopeter I have a problem with dstv, i missed payment on the 10th july. I am on dstv family package, and usually when they have disconnected it they charge R50 extra..of which im fine with it. But on the 21July when i check my balance it say R557.74?, I was shocked.The Family package doesnt even reach to R400. Please help, I cant pay for something I dont know, this is ****************. The account is under my father's name, but i am the one who always go and pay for it. Thank you Hellopeter, hope you will help resolve this issue.
