Between 20 and 22 July 2015, I called DSVT and asked for the Sun TV subscritption to be included in my bouquet up until 31 July 2015. I called again on 2 August 2015 to confirm that Sun TV was discontinued on my subscrition and was told \Yes"by agent.<br> I callaed again on 24 August 2015 and asked for Sun TV to be included in my subscription for rest of Aug 2015. I was told tat it was still on my subscription. I advised the agent that I should have had it disconnected as per my telephonic instrcution to agent and she advsied that she will speak to her supervisor"
