My monthly subscription is R548 that is a 30 days subscription i have been paying in full my pay date is the 7th last month i paid in full left no balance today it the 12th since they closed the channels on the 7th of this month because i didn't pay today when i check it says R544 i went to WhatsApp and i asked for a breakdown this is what they gave me. Balance Brought Forward R 162.30 DStv Compact Subscription R 390.83 Reconnection Fee R 50

Where is the R162 brought forward from because last month i left no balance i paid in full left no balance? They told me it because monthly subscription is R548 i asked them last time i was told dstv is the pay as you use service, why now do i have to pay in full when it no longer full 30 days, pay for the days i didn't even watch their channels?
