DSTV day time mess, ********** sites and artificial intelligence on WA that cannot assist you.

I have just spend an hour of my precious time. First I tried the website, then the phone, then the WA number to disconnect my DSTV package. To no avail. The website gives me an error code, the phone number gives me a 1 minute discussion on CoVid where after it sends me to a WA. By the way, I have tried this before. I cannot disconnct my package via the WA. The number "3" that you can sellect to disconnect, does not work. What absolute day time *******. You can sign up and reconnect, but you cannot disconnect? Please help me!!!
