DSTV day *******

So I have been buying decoders every single year coz dstv decided that that's how they going to rob me, but that was not enough, recently my decoder started saying no signal, then I went and paid one of their agency to send some1 to check it, then they said the installation is fine but the decoder is damaged I must take it to their shop to be check, of which I did, I was sent from one branch to the next, finally I was told to buy a new decoder of which I did, then boom the decoder is not playing now they say I must pay the installer again to come and check the installation, I wish I can have money back
