Dstv data not loaded yet customer is to blame

Dstv i signed up for a 24mnth contract data... Data was not loaded for da hole month on my package as per agreement now even after numerous attempts of calling them they said they will escalate the matter they now telling me they can only refund me R50. 00 where in the first place they are the ones who bridged the contact and not rendered the service to me I regret ever accepting this leaves me no choice but to cancel my hole entire subscription.
