Dstv data allocation department
Good Afternoon
On the 1st of March 2024 i paid a R500 for Dstv Internet. Its been two weeks since i paid and i’m still waiting for my data to be allocated(Loaded). For the past two weaks i called Dstv everyday to find out whats the delay but the employees keep having different stories. Its almost time to pay again and i haven’t used any internet for the past two weeks and im a teacher, how am i suppose to get things done? It's totally unacceptable. It's not like we demand free services. I paid.
