After publishing on hellopeter, DSTV rep**** and paid back my subscriptions , *******ly taken, within 12 hours. Shows the power of this platform as they had initially said it could take up to two weeks- or longer- to repay me.But unfortunately my other demands have not been attended to. I waited for a week, but nothing has been forthcoming. I demanded: they pay my bank fees; they send me proof that my debit order has been cancelled; they write me a decent letter of apology. None of these are difficult, but here I am, still unsatisfied. So would I now recommend DSTV? Absolutely not.
