Multi choice service is as bad as eskom.Useless bunch of people and i hope every 1 gets fired .i have called 4 times and every time my calls are disconnected .I woke up only to find that my services are disconnected .im on compact (399) with Insurance(R30)and Show Max(R49,99).total is R479.i have been paying R500 or More for the past 5 months but my bill always comes back that i have an outstanding balance which your useless staff cant assist ,i have been on the line fore more than an hour waiting for a team leader.two hours later my services where activated
