DSTV Cuts off service even if one pays

DSTV MULTICHOICE IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER. i have made payments on my account but still the processing department in the accounts does not seem to be able to do there work properly this is very very very frustrating that one has to pay these people but not recieve the services one pays for. i have been cut off 3 times this month for the same issue. this is so unprofessional very very very dissapointed.
