DSTv cut off... no reason can’t get it switched back on!!

Changed my debit order date by 2 days due to a new job and my salary is paid 3 days later. DSTv has been cut off, must pay reconnection fee and can not cancel debit order for tomorrow and can not get dstv reinstated!! So frustrating! No wonder nobody has DSTv anymore!!
