Dstv cut off due to incorrect package

i have made a payment to multichoice on saturday, my dstv... later that day it was switched off because the payment was less by R10.00. the reason for this was they previously sent a bill of 89.00 something to me for payment. i then started making payments for 90.00 until last month they asked to top up with 10.00. this month i did the same and then rectified it later in the evening...my dstv was cut off and i have to pay R147.00 reconnection fee. how come is this so, whereas im on the 99.00 package...you call them your airtime gets finished without getting any help and they wont call you back. they made this error twice as in January they did the same, they charged me as some who is on dual...Please rectify the matter and switch on my paid DSTV.
