Dstv Cut

on the 13th of December 2015. My dstv account was suspended. I called in and spoke to Penelope. I specifically asked her my balance to get recconected she wasnt sure and gave me an amount of R700. After fighting with her she changed the amount to R290 i paid R300. Now my dstv account is suspended because she didnt not down grade me now dstv wants me to pay an amount ofR325 to be able to watch dstv. I paid R400 for ny viewing for dec-Jan on the 21st December. Ive wasted hundreds of rands over a 2 day peiod trying to sort this problem out. And still it is not sorted. Nobody calls me back or rectifies this error. Dstv service stinks.
