Dstv, customers unimportant

They do not care about customer issues, or they wouldn't just have their useless service bot available. I set my decoder to record F1 sessions, but when I tried to watch, the recordings were not there. This issue is not new, it has happened many times in the past. I believe Multichoice is losing subscribers hand over fist, and the reasons are clear. Don't bother responding, I know what you're going to say. Excuses, nothing else.
