DSTV CUSTOMER SERVICES NON EXISTING!!

During January 2023 I am offered the uncapped WIFI option from DSTV. In that month the decoder and all the accessories is delivered to my home. On 25 January 2023 I need to send my proof of address to techfibrec@multichoice which is done. During the following month, February 2023 I am informed that the fibre we have in the complex I am staying is not compatiable and so DSTV arranges for the decoder and accessories delivered to be collected. No phone calls, no emails, no contact. Suddenly on 1 June 2023 (without notice, telephone call or email) my account is debited with R3000 which I immediately return. On Thursay 8 June 2023 I call DSTV to hear why my account was debited with R3000 and I inform the consultant who assisted me Sinoxolo Hlanjwa that I returned it because it was not authorised by myself and neither was I in any way contacted regarding that. Then it comes to light that I was charged R1380 and R1180 for termination of the product -WHICH I DONT EVEN HAVE!! After 20 minutes calling from my cellphone to a landline from Vodacom and Sinoxolo and her "supervisor" reverse the charges, and we implement a debit order for the 15th for my normal instalment. Friday, 9 June 2023 I get a notification on my cellphone that my account has been suspended. At 13:01 on Friday, 9 June 2023 I call DSTV from my cellphone to the landline and after 9 minutes trying to explain the WHOLE situation again - the call is cut off. But I need to say the first thing the person on the other line from the call centre says is "you have R***xx outstanding, pay your account and then we will reconnect you...." without listening to the entire story. Also I would like to add, I inform her that I spoke to Sinoxolo Hlanjwa because I done a survey on her and she simply states that she does not know such a person and their system does not make provision for any "notes or comments" made by a call centre agent and the customer!!! This must have been an angel??? So now I am furious because I have to explain AGAIN!! Nevertheless I call again at 15:08 I speak to someone else who is not very competent and who tells me the same story that I need to pay to have my service reconnected...after 11 minutes I am cut off again. At 16:32 I get home, make another call from my cellphone to the DSTV landline number, speak to an *********** call centre representative who hears my aggrivation and anger and immediatley transfers my call to her "supervisor". After explaining the story now for the 4th, the supervisor keeps me on the line and reverses all the charges, and discounts of the uncapped WIFI package that was not applicable to my "Premium" package. After 41 minutes of holding on while her and her supervisor approve journals to reverse these transactions (remember cellphone to landline) she says that she does not want to waste more of my time but I can go check on MY DSTV for the difference in the Premium package I was paying still in January which is R829pm and the uncapped WIFI package and I will need to ensure that I have money in my account ON THE 15th for those funds to be debited. I agree and hang up. Didnt get her name, because its anyway useless the call centre agents dont know each other - and she does not put me through to a survey so I really dont have a clue who I was speaking to, I was just greatful that she assisted me and reconnected my service before she hung up. This morning I see my decoder is on channel 100 and I immediately know what that means. I check MY DSTV and now I am +/-R4800 in arrears and my service is once again disconnected!! If I compare the DSTV Premium package and the uncapped WIFI package the difference including June instalment should be R2102.67 - so how on earth do I now again owe R3262.30??? I am sick and tired of explaining my situation over and over. I also feel its unfair to charge me the disconnection fee of R50.00 (on Friday) because this is not my fault. If a decoder and its accessories is returned because of incompatibility I don't think its MY responsibility to inform DSTV to correct it from their side. When the decoder and the accessories for the uncapped WIFI was returned the premium should already THEN have been corrected, not 4 months later. I would firstly recommend DSTV to enhance their computer services so that all communication with customers is visible to ALL staff. Secondly when the line cuts off, I mean that person has confirmed all details including cellphone number, that agent who assisted should call the customer BACK not let the poor customer explain her story for the millionth time. And lastly if they know the customer is calling from their cellphone to rather offer to call the customer back, especially if it will take 41 minutes! So now, without making another phone call that costs me R0.79 per minute (Vodacom to landline) @59 minutes = R58.21 I would like DSTV to sort this ******* out for once and for all. I am expecting my account balance to be R2102.67 and ANY disconnection fees charged from Friday to be credited. This is ridiculous and it should be sorted out immediately please?
