Dstv Customer Service on queries

On 21/12/2018 I called into Dstv to upgrade my package. When speaking to Jensa Kometsa the DStv agent I first asked a quote on the Compact package and then a quote on the Premium package. The agent doesn't give me a quote, instead she immediately upgrade my package to premium. Because the agent wasn't interested in quoting me I then asked her to rather put it on the Compact package, in which she said you cannot downgrade it again. I then asked if I can speak to a different agent but she would not transfer me to a different agent. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor to which she said there's no supervisors on the floor today. Then she said she will escalate my query, she said they will call me within 1-2hrs time. I waited till 7pm and still no call came through. Then the 22/12/2018 I called in again cause no one called me. The new agent downgraded my package and said the amount to pay is R79. So I paid the R79. Then yesterday 31/12/2018 I called in to downgrade from Compact. The agent Usher informed me there was an outstanding balance and that the quote of R79 was incorrect. I then asked for a supervisor, after holding 10minutes she told me there's no supervisors and that they are all in a meeting but her colleague is next to her. I insisted to call the supervisor because customers come first. I was on hold for another 10minutes she told me the supervisor said she must tell me to pay the outstanding balance. Yet I insisted to speak to a supervisor, then on hold once again the supervisor finally takes the call Nicholas Moodely. So after 30mins of holding Nicholas tells me to call another department... Billing Dept. He also said he will escalate my query to them and prioritise my query. He said it will take them 1-2hrs to call me back...up until now no one has called me back. This type of service is a huge embarrassment to the brand of Dstv. And says a huge statement about Dstv's level of customer service towards their loyal customers. Greatly disappointing.
