DSTV CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC
Hi..i have a refund due to me from DSTV..i have made over 25 phone calls, each over 30 min long. Some i was put on hold and disconnected...others i was just **** to. I was promised my refund. i have so many reference numbers that i have forgot which one to use. managers have promised to call back, but it was promises not kept. i literally cried on the phone....I STILL DONT HAVE MY REFUND.....i am lost for words...call centre is pathetic...everything is pathetic

08 Apr 2020, 10:19 Amazing!!!.....I contacted an executive of dstv last night....got a call immediately and my money paid....Did i have to resort to this to get my money? yes....it is pathetic and ironic at the same time....DSTV get your act together...Customer is first!!!
