DSTV CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE .APPALLING,DISGRACEFULL,

is there any minus star rating .this company is a joke .I have now called them 3 times today , held on for over an hour over the 3 calls and everytime i get told to hold , they will speak to their manager .My child in creche can give me more attention .Its absolutely appalling how they treat their customers .They dont even have the decency of returning your calls .
