DSTV Customer Service

I recently complained about a deterioration of service from DSTV. I was called up by a very pleasant man who came across as being similar to Zondo. He pursued my complaints and tested out responses prior to responding. Some of my issues have been resolved and others are still outstanding. Specifically NCIS Seris14 Episode8 on Fri 31/7 was cut short on my recording. Mysteries of the Deep S 12 E 8 Mon 10/8 was cut short. Also Death in Paradise S9 E 4 on Fri 14/8 was alos cut short. On the positive side I see that Mcdonald and Dobbs has been re-sheduled. We are getting therte but there is still some way to go
