DSTV customer centre agents

The DSTV customer call centre angents are terrible. I spend most of my Saturday sorting out problems with my Explora. Call centre agent, Nonhle places you on hold (whilst on hold they play the worst music) for 10 minutes and then cuts you off. Called a technician and the same thing happened. Seems their agents are not qualified to handle calls and provide support
