DSTV customer care is ****

Dstv customer care you deserve zero stars!! Such ********** customer care service it is actually shocking!!! The worst service I have ever received!!! I have paid my account through your website and I am still unable to access my dstv. I have called the customer care line for 6 days in a row and been on these calls for over hours each day because everyone working there is ****ing useless and cannot sort out my account. I get put on hold for hours with no help at all and they even end up cutting the call without the decency to call back. You people are so damn unprofessional. I have sent through my proof of payment to several managers and kept getting told that they'll call me back but nobody has ever called me back. So to Sandra, Bianca, Pumlisa and even a manager Cumisa/Qumisa I am actually naming and shaming you!!! You should be embarrassed of yourselves. Please try and Have some professionalism. DSTV multichoice customer care you are absolutely ****! No wonder everyone is canceling their subscriptions and gauranteed mine will be cancelled too.
