Dstv customer care doesn't exist

When you phone the numbers listed the one directs you to a Whattsapp number and contacting them via whattsapp it doesn't provide you with the options you want.the other number just rings all the time. my impression is that they are trying to avoid customer contact because they want to disable you from canelling your subscription
