DSTV Customer Care Agents are ***********

I have received the worst customer care from the DSTV call center. The call center agents are rude, abrupt and ***********. My dad was advised to stop paying as DSTV had been overcharging him and now all of a sudden, the account has been disconnected and they say we owe over R5 000 which is absolutely ridiculous especially considering that we never received any bill notifications. It appears as though DSTV's accounts are in a mess and no-one seems to know what is going on (especially the call center agents) and now the customers are having to suffer for DSTV's incompetence which is totally unacceptable!
