DSTV CUSTOMER CALL CENTRE SERVICE = PATHETIC

Call centre has no urgency in solving customers problems. I called 6 times to solve an error that they had caused. Told mt wife, if I call the 7th, I cancel. Im looking at alternatives and they will receive my cancellation in due course. I would fire the WHOLE CALL CENTRE
