DSTV ****** of another kind

Phoned DSTV to ask why my walka7 has been disconnected and the lady on the phone informs me that DSTV has stopped the Walka service and I must bring in my walka so that they can give me a Takealot voucher of R500. Off to MultiChoice N1 city I am with walka under my arm, excited about the Takealot voucher.Got to multichoice and get informed cause I'm on the full package I do not qualify for a voucher as I did not pay for the service. Enough to make my blood pressure rise sky high. Now the big question that they can't answer, what must I do with a walka that I paid for that became useless because they decided to cancel the entire service to the Walka. Spoke to the manager at multichoice N1 city named Natasha Dumile who also just gave me the I don't know what you can do attitude. What must I do now. Sitting with a useless walka that I bought by them. Losing money is not on. Well if this can't be sorted I might aswell cancel my service with them completely cause I can't see how they can do that and I'm still supporting them
