Dstv ******

I canceled my dstv subscription on March 31st and I was assured that I would not b billed on the 15th of April. On 16 April R955 was debited from my bank account. I've been attempting to get my money refunded since the 17th of April to no avail. I'm so frustrated and would never recommend dstv(multichoice) to anyone
