Dstv ****

Very very UNHAPPY with dstv. I was told by my wife I need to return my dstv walka as it doesn't and will receive a voucher. I then get told by dstv I don't qualify for the voucher because I wasn't paying on it monthly.

I am on the Premuim package. How in the hell can I not qualify for a voucher when I'm paying for the premium package that's costs almost R1000 per month. This is such bull and **** service. Unacceptable and very unhappy about this service which makes no sense.

Maybe it's time to rethink having dstv when streaming is available.
