DSTV COURIER SERVICE SUCKS

DSTV, please consider using another courier service other than On The Dot. We are waiting and waiting for delivery and On The Dot can't find our address..... They don't have contact numbers to follow up. None are working. And your customers get the shorter end. It's an endless struggle to get our router delivered. What can we do?
