DSTV *******ion

I have had DSTV for a few years. Two years ago i over paid them by R500-00, i new from past experiences with them, it would be a endless battle to get it reversed.( due to there incompetence). This should of given me more, the 3 years credit in my favour. I went through to them 3 x without success. I managed to get hold of the CEO"s secretary.

I explained that i had been charged for 2 years for two decoders, which the old decoder, was supposed to have been cancelled, and was confirmed by there Help desk assistant....This was never done, Incompetence personified.. so i have been charged for two decoders for one TV... Today i get a reply back from Ms Lindokuhle Zwane, that the billing assurace team have rejected to refund me the double debit, they have done....*******ion?
