DSTV Contractor's attitudes

DSTV sub contractors ay they are so unprofessional, I bought the the DSTV with installation but no one came to us to confirm receive of the request to install and confirm day and time to install instead when I call him back ay shame attitude one way. These contractors they will destroy multimedia and lucky the staff helped me from PEP and tomorrow someone is coming to install DSTV.
