DSTV continues to debit my account month after subscription has been cancelled

I cacelled my Dstv subscription on the 31 st of December. I received written confirmation that it has been done and my services was blocked yet Dstv debited my account end Jan. After getting written confirmation again and reversing my debit order and Dstv even giving me a refund on overpaid account they debited my account again end Feb. All Dstv subscribers should be made aware of what an ordeal it is signing a debit order with Dstv and then canceling your services. They will keep on deducting you and everytime I reverse the debit order it costs me banking charges. So I will be taking this matter to the Payment association of South Africa. Very important to not trust them with debit order payments as they completely ignore your request to cancell.
