DSTV continue with unauthorised deductions from my account then fail to give a refund

<p>DSTV has given an unauthorised person access to my DSTV account despite several requests from my side to stop with such an infringement of my privacy. To top it all they continue to make deductions from my bank account so that I pay DSTV for this unauthorised person. They promised to give a refund, but now they fail to do so despite several follow ups.</p>
