Dstv continuation of nightnare

I wrote a review regarding dstv of my refund about 3 days ago. I erroneously paid them 2200 on top of my monthly subscription and requested my refund, however upon seeing my review on hello Peter they called once and I could not answer and they never bothered again. Meaning they were pretending to help me with those private emails they sent.dstv is really bull**** they don't value customers or is it because I'm black. If it were some white fellow they would be calling the guy left and right. I'm so ****ed right now. Dstv the nightmare
