Dstv consultants have no Integrity

I called dstv qs they did not load my day time bundles 4 days after I paid my package ,the lady that I spoke to who claimed to be the team lead ,stated that the data was not loaded and would load it immediately, when I check my balance now instead of fixing the issue she topped me up with more data without loading the outstanding data ,I then spoke to a consultant by the name of Anetta Choma 2ho said she has escalated the matter and protected the perpetrator who did this ,till now the bill is sky high and the IT department has not contacted me or resolved the matter ,if this is not resolved I will cancel all subscriptions with dstv I'm afraid Apologies for the delayed response. The reference number for the escalations is #INC-***.
