DsTv consistent - no customer care

Give MultiChoice / DsTV this - they are consistent in not caring. Made my father big promises if he renews his contract that he will then get additional streaming instances only ti find that nothing was changed. Complaints about streaming of certain products ignored. Impossible ti get a reaction form Customer Care - but there in lies the problem you have to actually care about customers to have an effective Customer Care channels/functions
