Dear Sir/Madam

I have joined Multichoice at the end of August. Upon Joining was told I will pay R100 and then pay subscription at the end of September of R399.

I have now been charged R50 and suspended for not paying 1st September 2019. I refer multichoice to the consultant I spoke to on the phone and the recordings, that I was told I must pay end of September. They refuse and say I owe R50 late payment although I showed proof I was given wrong advice by the consultant. I was clear I cannot pay for their mistakes but their service is wrong and arrogant. They do not even apologise.
