DSTV CONNECT PROFILE HACKED DAILY

I have been a DSTV for 9years or more .Recently started streaming to my dismay I keep getting kicked out the app saying I am unauthorized . I then chatted on DSTV Livechat and was advised that there is someone who created a profile with my smartcard number which I do not know how he got it. He has my profile so keeps hacking my profile . I have struggled for 2 months twice I went instore spending 2 to 3 hours each time and still no resolve. On livechat the ********* tells them to add him as signon email and cellphone number changed for OTP . As a client I feel my data privacy has been compromised and DSTV refuses to provide me with a new smart card . Sent from pillar to post ..escalated several times and I have to request delinking of the ********* 8 times on a day just so I can enjoy the viewing that I am paying for. I am strongly considering cancelling my contract as DSTV not putting the customer first or protecting me from this hacker being able to log into my profile. ***** team called me sunday to say they blocked the email address but the ********* created another email : *** . The domain is a temporary untraceable email used for ***** and ****s. This is my final attempt to get the required attention for my issue as escalations is not being attended to.
