I recently signed up with MultiChoice DSTV with a 2 year contract service , and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. Not only did they fail to provide the level of service promised, but they also overcharged me by a significant amount . I soon received a call from an agent that could not provide a satisfactory explanation on how I was taken from a 2 year contract to month-to-month without my consent. Despite their initial quote, which seemed reasonable, the final bill was higher. It’s unacceptable to mislead customers with deceptive pricing. I won’t be using their service again, and I caution others to beware of hidden fees and unexpected charges. They have suspended my account and are demanding more money than we originally agreed on.
