DSTV con artists when its comes to billing

they don't even deserve a one rating. Absolutely useless and very *********** staff especially in their accounts department. They are con artists when it comes to billing. my account is paid on time every month but they disconnect my services because "according to them" i short paid by R235 for an "insurance policy" that i did NOT request. so now they think i am going to pay for reconnection fees as well hahaha! they can take their decoders and shove it up their uneducated behinds. we pay for repeat **** anyways. The way forward for me is Netflix and they cheaper and a lot more variety to choose from. i would definitely recommend that to anyone.
