DSTV ****/CON ARTIST

Please do not go for that deal of R100 to move from compact package to premium package, it's a **** and DSTV are con artists... I did us and it's been more than 48 hours and still nothing has been changed on my package, I've phoned every day and they say they have escalated to the relevant department with no feedback given. This is a ******* and disgusting customer service after being a loyal customer to DSTV for so many years... DSTV I want my money back please and i also want to be compensated for all my calls made to you every day with you keeping me holding on for more than 15 minutes at a time and no service, feedback or any decency to call me back, that is why customers are leaving you guys... Another customer lost, thank you very much DSTV
