Dstv complaints

On the 2 of april i make use of the dstv selfhone servive to see what i have to pay for april on the sustem it show i am in kredet and recieve a sms showing that i have to pay nothing and the agensy in potch confirm that and said if my survises is cut they wil put it on 4 day later dstv cut my sevices right back to the agensy in potch now all of a sudden there is a payment reverse by dstv back i went to my bank get bank statements back to the agensy whit the proof that its been paid and the money whas not reverse okay now i have to get the proof of the spar where if paid it and send it to them which i did and after honderds rand of airtime en petrol up and down to proof every new exskuus they think out they cant help me connecting my service the lates exsuus is the outstanding money is dew to a debet order that dit not went of en was sent back that explain the ekstra kost in 10 jears i have always pain cash never ever use a dabet orde in my frustrasion i cal dstv brunch klerksorp and the anwer i got is they cant help me cos not even joburg dstv know wat going one whit my account i have allways pay more that what was deu every month never cut it never use a debit order stil my dstv is of and nobody can gieve me a answer please help dstv costemer service is not helping and is the pits
